$32 MILLION state-of-the-art development, Warwick

August 18th, Churches of Christ Warwick will be holding their official “Open Day” to celebrate the new aged care facility, located in Warwick, Queensland. The 32 Million dollar state-of-the-art development began construction in early 2017 & is co-located with Regency Park Retirement Village, on Dragon St, just three kilometres from the town centre.

Subzero Projects were pleased to have been awarded the coldrooms & freezer rooms from Total Construction earlier in the year. A total of 2 coldrooms, 1 freezer & 1 coldstore room were built entirely on site in late February, followed by commissioning in early June.

The finishing touches are now being made to the buildings and landscaping, with hopes to have the first residents welcomed in September.
