The Sky is the Limit with PIR Panels

This week the Subzero team constructed an intertenancy wall for a warehouse facility located in the heart of the Yatala Enterprise Area (YEA) on the M1 Motorway.

16 Quarry Rd, Stapylton

The wall built from 200mm thick Metecno PIR panel, spanning 67 metres long & reaching a height of 12 metres (at the highest point of the rake of the ceiling) was built for Formula Interiors for one of their clients.

MetecnoPanel® is an insulated wall panel with a PIR fire-retardant core delivering exceptional thermal performance and made exclusively with a BlueScope® steel to suit Australia’s harsh conditions. MetecnoPanel® is FM approved to FM 4880 & 4881 – No Height Restriction and is suitable for all insulated panel applications, from cold storage to exterior warehouse walling. Servicing the commercial and industrial market segments, MetecnoPanel® is used as a alternative to concrete tilt panel and traditional claddings to deliver a thermally efficient, attractive and hard wearing pre-painted finish in traditional COLORBOND® colour palette.

Construction of the wall began Thursday & is progessing along nicely thanks to the efforts of our team & the hire gear from Height 4 Hire.
