Situated west of Caloundra / Golden Beach is the burgeoning city of Aura, set to be Australia’s largest master-planned community, eventually, becoming the size of a regional city.

There are three suburbs — Baringa, Nirimba and Banya in particular that are among Queensland’s fastest-growing suburbs specially designed for close community living. This Sunshine Coast corridor (over the coming 3 decades), is set to encompass 20,000 homes and 50,000 people as well as an expected 20 education and learning centres proposed for the city

Subzero Projects have already built (for Davies Climate Control), a coldroom for the new Baringa State Secondary College as well as a coldroom & freezer at the new Palmview State Special School in late 2020. Followed by a coldroom & freezer for the new Nirimba State Primary School in late 2021.

Construction has also started for Mummy’s Café, Stockland Aura, Nirimba, where Subzero Projects will be building a coldroom for SJ Higgins.

At the heart of our being is our desire to be a café and community space that contributes meaningfully to the evolution of a vibrant and culturally rich part of Aura.
