Beautiful Homes that deserve attention
We have had the pleasure to be involved in some beautiful home builds & renovations in the last few months, providing custom built wine rooms & coldrooms for domestic use.
Being that coldrooms are normally built for commercial use, there are some things that can be changed to give them a softer look & allow them to blend into their surroundings.
Gannon Fabrications assisted us with our latest installation, providing a double action entry door, fitted with “Grey Smoke” heated glass & finished with an anodised matte black finish & modern handle.
This beautiful home renovation in Ashgrove had Subzero design, engineer & construct a functional coldroom with shelving & dual access via the butlers’ pantry.
It was a pleasure to work with HG Homes, the onsite sub-contractors, and thank you to Peter Ryan Shopfitting for the recommendation.
For a less modern commercial look, this Character Queensland Cottage home owner on Waterloo Esplanade, Wynnum opted for a more discreet option of tucking the wine room in behind a set of kitchen cabinet doors so as not to conflict with the traditional Queensland Cottage attributes.
The wine room was constructed for our dear clients, Four Seasons Air Conditioning.
Measuring up at 4000mm x 1800mm, it was a fantastic use of the space & a very luxe addition to the renovations being undertaken.
We also cannot wait to see the finished product of DTL Constructions amazing Marine Drive East Project, Sanctuary Cove.
