Insulated Panel – Not Just for Coldrooms
Last week we completed the installation of a spray booth at Trade Street Smash Repairs in Ormiston. This was our first job for Trade St and it all ran very smoothly. The project was completed on site within four days even with the job variations which our team worked well to accommodate.
We used insulated panel for this job, the same type of panel we use for our coldrooms. As you may have seen from last week’s post on the work we did for Flash Graphic’s studios, we used insulated panel there for partition walls. Insulated panel is a very versatile material and isn’t limited to assisting the storage of stock at a particular temperature. For Flash Graphics, the insulated panel acted as a great sound barrier, breaking up the workshop and loading dock from the office.
This week for Trade St, the purpose of creating a spay booth out of insulated panel was so that the room is completely sealed, easy to clean, and it’s also soundproof. Take a look at the pictures below to see our team’s great work!
There was also a small paint room installed adjacent to the spray booth. The client asked if the job could be varied to suit, and our team accommodated accordingly.
