The masters behind Burleigh’s, ‘Rick Shores’ & Brisbane’s ‘Longtime’ are back at it again, getting ready to present to Brisbane, the newest Japanese restaurant & bar – Honto.

Subzero Projects are pleased to have been awarded the installation of a bar coldroom, freezer & chiller for the new restaurant, opening in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.

Comprising of a 90-seat dining area, Tyron Simon of Longtime & Rickshores says Honto will be serving up “modern Asian with a strong Japanese focus”.

Nathan Lastavec (of ex-Longrain, Melbourne and Longtime) has been named as head chef for Honto, so we can look forward to an amazing dining experience at Honto soon. Watch this space…
